In our workshops we help you understand and apply the power of constructive storytelling for your business, your project and/or your understanding of the complex world we live in.

As humans we consume and produce hundreds of stories on a daily basis. In our workshops we teach you how to use this influential tool for your inner peace and outer impact to be part of a more just future.

A: Build your Utopistan – for groups

For organizations, communities and companies that want to develop, strengthen and implement their very own constructive purpose stories

Duration: 4 hours to 4 days // group size: 5 - 12
What: In a very interactive way you will learn about the tools of constructive storytelling and media consumption. The first exercices will be about understanding the stories of others to find some inspiration and then we will develope your very own constructive story about your project, your buisness or your purpose. We will also understand the psychological effects behind the constant crisis news in media and in our daily life at work and at home. Constant negativity leaves us with a feeling of helplessness. We will learn how to break this spiral of negativity and instead inspire ourselves and others with constructive stories. The workshop will strengthen the group, build trust and make it easier to work together on future projects.
How: Depending on the time frame, people and place we will come with different interactive exercises to understand and implement constructive storytelling in your daily practice. You will listen, write, talk and play. There will be almost no frontal teaching. We will leave you with a very concrete tool box that will help you handle bad news and build more and more constructive stories for your business, community or family and friends.

B: Build your Utopistan – for individuals

For people who want to develop a more constructive way to look upon the world and strengthen their role and purpose within it

Duration: 4 hours to 4 days // group size: 5 - 12
What: Basically like A, but on a more individual level. Meaning we will share experiences from different backgrounds and work with them.
How: Basically like A but on a more individual level. Meaning everybody would work on their very own projects and stories, group work would be to exchange ideas and give feedback.

C: Understanding how we see the world

For adult groups or school classes who want to learn about a healthy way of media consumption and expressing their own ideas and world views

Duration: 1,5 hours to 3 days // group size: 10 - 25
What: You will learn about the tools of constructive storytelling and a healthy way of media consumption. With this you will be able to look constructively at the world, find more clarity and reduce the overwhelming complexity of the multiple crises the world is in. You will understand the psychological effects behind the constant bad news in media but also in your daily life at work and at home. Constant negativity leaves us with a feeling of helplessness. We will learn how to break this spiral of negativity and instead inspire ourselves and others with our stories.
